Open formats
When possible, data is provided in commonly usable formats
such as CSV or GeoJSON.
Source context matters
Downloaded data should be reviewed together with its source,
refresh information, and any limitations described by the
tool providing it.
Downloads may change
Available files, fields, records, and download options can change
as projects and underlying datasets are updated.

When public camera downloads are enabled, the camera transparency
system provides export files in CSV and GeoJSON formats.

Understand what the download represents.
A downloadable dataset is a copy of information available to the
system at a particular point in time. It should not automatically
be treated as complete, permanent, or error-free.

whenever it is available.
Check the refresh date
A newer version of the underlying information may exist after
a file has been downloaded.
Expect changes
Records may be added, removed, corrected, reclassified,
or updated when the system refreshes.
